Santa Claus Vehicle

In the world, there are two billion children, but only 15 to 20 percent of them are Christian children and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. So, Santa Claus has to bring presents to 400 million children. If we presume that there are 3 children in a house and that at least one of them is a good child, Santa has to bring presents, in one night, to 133 000 houses.

So, if an old driver occasionally speeds, when he is in hurry, a teen driver speed not because he is in hurry, but because he wants to enjoy the moment and he don’t understand the dangers.

Seven Things You Should NOT Do After a Car Accident

For any driver, it is very important to know how to act, what to do after a car accident. It can be just as important to know what not to do. We offer you some basic advices.

  1. Do not leave the scene! This is a criminal act and it will be punished. You will be investigated and your run it is equivalent with admitting that you are at fault.
  2. Don’t leave your car
in the middle of the road! If this is possible, move it to the side of the road! In the middle, it can cause further accidents and will hold up traffic. If, for any reason, it isn’t safe to move it, you have to turn your hazard lights on to alert the other drivers.
  3. Do not argue with the other driver, even if he is at fault! The situation is already complicated and tense and nobody needs unnecessary stress.
  4. Do not move an injured person! Any inappropriate move could worsen injures. Especially in case of spine fractures or broken bones, a person must not be moved.
  5. Do not raise the head of an injured person. Actually, the head must be placed lower than the body.
  6. If you are injured, do not refuse medical attention! There many injuries that, because of the shock, can not manifest any symptoms for hours after a car accident.
  7. Do not sign any documents than the police report!

Elementary first aid measures after a car accident. London

Every vehicle must be equipped with a first aid emergency kit, but also with a warning triangle, a reflective vest and a fire extinguisher. When a car accident occurs, you have to stop immediately on the left side of the road and to start the hazard warning flashes. After that you check if the passengers are injured and you call 999 or 112. Then, you have to put flags on the road, at a distance of at least 30 meters, informing the other drivers that an accident has occurred.

Celebrity or Normal People, You Need a Car Recovery Service

Simple people, but also celebrities have difficulties with the traffic from London! 16 percent of all British car accidents happen in LondonThe great example is George Michael, with vehicle accidents in 2007, 2010 and, again, in 2013.

george michael

                                                               George Michael

In 2007, the English musician, singer and songwriter suffered an accident. Then, he was found slumped over the wheel of his vehicle near Hyde Park and was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs. He pleaded guilty and received a driving ban.

Three years later, in 2010, he crashed his car into a photo shop and later pleaded guilty for driving under the influence of drugs.

In May 2013, George Michael was involved in an accident in northwestern London, quite similar to the 2007 one. His rep told the Associated Press that „ George Michael was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a traffic accident yesterday evening“, that „ no third party was involved“ and that he was treated in hospital for „ superficial cuts and bruises“.

The accident was quite strange: George Michael, who was a passenger in the car, suffered some head injuries after falling from the vehicle onto the road.
Even if you are not a celebrity, but you are involved in a car accident in London, the first thing you have to do is to verify if everyone is safe and to call the emergency services.

Then, you can call a Car Recovery London service and they can help with many services: fix your car on the side of the road,  breakdown recovery and towing services.

First car accident in Harrow, London

In Harrow, took place the first lethal car accident from Britain in 1899. There is even a roadside plaque that records the site of this road accident. The plaque was unveiled on February 1969 (70 years after the accident) and begins with a warning: „Take heed!“.

The victim of the first fatal vehicle accident from Great Britain was Edwin Sewell, a 31 year old engineer. His car, a 6HP Daimler, crashed into a wall after a rear wheel collapsed, following a rim breakage.
Nowadays, Harrow is also a borough with huge traffic, with hours after hours of slow traffic, long delays and closed roads. Driving in Harrow it is not an easy or a pleasant experience. Sometimes – like happened on 9 June 2013, the road is closed due to a Sikh march and rally, in a borough where 63% of the population is from Black and Minority Ethnic communities, with the largest group of Indian ethnicity.
